Perfect Engineers Equipments manufactures a wide range of Color Coating Lines (CCLs), with electric, gas-fired, or infra-red ovens, and high-speed continuous lines featuring standard catenary or floater-type convection/electric ovens.
These lines are designed to handle various solvent-based coatings such as alkyds, acrylics, epoxies, organosols, plastisols, phenolics, polyesters, polyurethanes, vinyls, and PVDF systems, for strip thicknesses ranging from 0.11 mm to 2.00 mm and above.
A key innovation from us is its modular line design, allowing customers to start with smaller installed capacities and scale up as demand grows, all with minimal downtime and cost.
